You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating and maintaining your account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities performed through your account.

If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, you should notify us promptly.

OffiTalk may integrate with third-party communication and social platforms, including services operated by Meta and other providers.

Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their respective terms, policies, developer requirements, messaging rules, and privacy policies.

You are responsible for obtaining all permissions and consents required to send communications to your customers and contacts.

You may provide customer names, contact information, conversation data, transaction information, preferences, feedback, and other business information through the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis to collect, use, store, and process such information.

You must not upload or process information through the platform where doing so would violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

OffiTalk may provide functionality for creating and managing customer loyalty, points, rewards, offers, or promotional programs.

Your business is responsible for defining the rules of its loyalty program and communicating applicable terms to its customers.

You are responsible for ensuring that your loyalty and promotional programs comply with applicable laws and regulations.

OffiTalk may allow businesses to collect customer feedback, ratings, reviews, and other responses.

You must not manipulate, fabricate, or misrepresent customer feedback or reviews.

You are responsible for how collected feedback is used, displayed, shared, or acted upon by your business.

Certain features or services may require a paid subscription or other applicable fees.

Subscription prices, billing periods, included features, usage limits, taxes, renewal terms, and applicable charges will be presented to you before purchase or renewal where applicable.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may automatically renew according to the selected billing period until cancelled.

You are responsible for keeping your payment information accurate and up-to-date.

You agree to use the platform only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activities.
• Send spam or unauthorized marketing communications.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You retain ownership of content and business data that you submit to the platform, subject to the rights necessary for us to provide the services.

We aim to provide a reliable and secure service, but we do not guarantee that the platform will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Service availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, technical failures, internet connectivity, third-party services, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You may stop using the service or cancel your account in accordance with the applicable cancellation process.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OffiTalk and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, legal requirements, or business practices.

When appropriate, we will provide notice of material changes through the platform or other reasonable means.

Your continued use of the services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.
