You agree NOT to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Violate WhatsApp or Meta platform policies.
- Send illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- Use purchased or scraped contact lists.
Offitalk reserves the right to suspend accounts violating these rules.
5. Payments & Subscriptions
- Subscription fees must be paid in advance.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, branding, and technology related to Offitalk are owned by Offitalk and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
Offitalk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable platform policies.
9. Third-Party Services
Offitalk integrates with third-party services including Meta Platforms. We are not responsible for changes or disruptions caused by third-party providers.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
